Wedding Guest Dressing: Sharing My Favourite Finds

Updated: Sep 4, 2020

Last weekend one of my best pals Fran got married in sunny Spain and it was just lovely. The weather was glorious, Fran looked amazing and there were beautiful dresses in abundance, so I though i'd update you guys with a little post on wedding guest dressing and share all of the beaut dresses that I came across when scouting for the Faithfull floral number that I opted for in the end. Whether that be for an on location wedding or otherwise, i've found some perfect pieces to suit all weather (well, rain is not included) and all budgets too.

First of all, the dress that I wore for the wedding is by Faithfull the brand and it was love at first sight. I bought it quite a while before the wedding and thought it perfect for a wedding in the Spanish sunshine. It's a great length, and the print and colour would suit most people too. I opted to pair it with some nude strappy sandals from H&M and my cute silky feathered bag by Isabelle fox, however it looks just as good with cream espadrilles or tan accessories too. For reference I got it in a large and I'm a UK12. Faithfull have so many other lovely dresses too and are stocked on ASOS - shop the collection here.

Second up is this silky slip dream by Realisation Par. They are one of my favourite Summer dress brands and have so many amazing styes. The 1996 zodiac is one of my faves as I love the print and colour - would be perfect for a destination wedding!

Thirdly I found this amazing prairie style yellow dress from & Other Stories. I absolutely love the style of this and it would be perfect for a UK wedding with it having sleeves. Pair it with espadrilles and a cute pearl bag and voila! Stories have loads of amazing dresses that are reasonably priced too so defo check them all out here.

Next up we have this beautiful and super flattering slip style dress by a brand called The Line by K on Net-a-Porter. I really love the dusky blue colour of this dress and the nineties style. I would pair with some barely there sandals and a cute mini bag.

This dress by H&M is so gorgeous and so reasonably priced too! It's part of their conscious collection and is only £25! I love the colour of it and the style is really lovely and floaty too! Perfect for a destination or UK wedding. I would pair with black or raffia accessories but it would work rally well with white too.

Finally, and possibly one of my faves out there (my Faithfull dress aside), is this dreamy Doen dress.
